Cassandra did a great job selling my property. Her marketing strategy was excellent which led to a sale in a shorter time than I expected and at a fair price. Throughout the entire process, she responded to my concerns quickly and with genuine compassion. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to sell their home. I also want to thank Andrea; she was also very supportive and responsive to my concerns throughout the entire process. Cassandra and Andrea are both awesome people!

From start to finish, Cassandra was informative, helpful, responsive and charming. She made the entire process of selling our home, while we were out of state, easy and painless. She and her team went above and beyond for us and communicated every little step along the way. Working with Thela Briffa was a great experience. She sold my house on the first open house. We had 3 offers ad it sold above asking price. It was actually fun as she used AI to stage my house and saved me a lot of money. She had contractors and specialist to fix things after the inspection. I didn't have to go looking for someone to fix the problems. Very reliable people also. I followed all her recommendations which were reasonable.
