Ms. Ludeman is a consummate professional. She works for a highly regarded real-estate firm. Our buying situation made her job ten times harder and she never faltered. The long story is we were relocating to El Paso from out of state. She found a realtor to sell our existing home (out of state) who also did an amazing job. This home purchase in EP is our retirement home so we wanted the diamond in the rough. We came to town twice in the process and everything else we did remotely. That is difficult.
