We had such a wonderful experience working with Rachel and truly could not recommend her enough! She helped us find and purchase our current home while we were still living out of town, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel incredibly smooth and manageable from start to finish. Since we weren’t able to be there in person for much of the home search, Rachel went above and beyond for us. She toured homes on our behalf and provided extremely thorough virtual tours, taking the time to show us every detail and point out things we may not have noticed through photos or a typical video walkthrough. We always felt like she was looking out for our best interests and giving us an honest picture of each home, which gave us so much confidence making such a big decision from a distance. Communication was also one of the best parts of working with Rachel. She was incredibly responsive, patient with all of our questions, and kept us informed throughout every step of the process. Whether we needed to schedule a showing, had questions about a property, or needed guidance once we were under contract, she was always quick to help and made sure we understood what was happening.
