Best Agent Ever!

I have been investing in real estate for years and have had many different agents. Cassandra is absolutely the best! She gave me some good advice regarding the property before listing it. Within 3 days of listing she held an open house and we had 4 offers! She worked the offers and got me above asking. The buyers asked for some repairs after after inspection. Cassandra worked with them to get a very minimal amount in lieu of repairs. We closed in less than a month. I could not be happier! I highly recommend her. She knows how to push boundaries on your behalf
