As a first time home buyer this was a great experience. She truly listens to you and helped every step of the way. I really felt like she cared and I trusted her experience and advice. My family was involved in the process and plans to work with her also. Excellent communication and availability. Erica’s knowledge and experience put me at ease. She made it s point to take a good look at the houses I toured and her input was key on the house I purchased. I truly can’t say enough great things about my experience. I highly recommend using Erica as your realtor.

Lots of communication in a professional and timely manner.

Erica checks all the boxes, communicated quickly and thoroughly, market knowledge, negotiation. Even though she had a torent of responsibilities outside of our home location and purchase, she made us feel like we were her only concern. She's the best realtor I've experienced.

Kim was just so easy to work with. She knows all the ins-n-outs of contracts, negotiations, and just a great go-between communicator for buyer and seller. I couldn’t be happier with my new home and Kim really made that happen.

Kim expertly handled a challenging situation (selling a property in Florida from out of state). Extremely high level of communication regardless of time of day or day of the week and given that we were not in state, handled a lot of the extra work that comes with fine tuning a house to get it ready for sale. Would highly recommend and won’t work with anyone else if buying / selling in Florida again.

I thought Kimberly did well. The only error she made was leaving the house before the moving truck had left the house.
