Kim was just so easy to work with. She knows all the ins-n-outs of contracts, negotiations, and just a great go-between communicator for buyer and seller. I couldn’t be happier with my new home and Kim really made that happen.

Kim expertly handled a challenging situation (selling a property in Florida from out of state). Extremely high level of communication regardless of time of day or day of the week and given that we were not in state, handled a lot of the extra work that comes with fine tuning a house to get it ready for sale.
