Jana was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and calm confidence made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was always honest,responsive and genuinely had my best interests at heart, it's rare to find someone so dedicated trustworthy and passionate about what they do I couldn't ask for a better experience. And would highly recommend Jana to anyone buying or selling a home.

We bought our new home after Jana hosted an Open House the day the home was listed. Jana helped us from the first day we met her at the open house, through closing, and even after closing. Jana knows the market in The Villages and is extremely friendly while at the same time being very professional. We highly recommend Jana!

Jana has an immense knowledge of the TV area. After our first visit, Jana knew exactly what we were looking to purchase! She showed us the properties that we wanted to see not the ones she wanted to push as most realtors do. Finding a good realtor is a crap shoot but Jana came thru for us. She did an excellent job of negotiating our purchase. She’s prompt to appointments & her communication skills are top notch. Probably the most personable realtor you will meet in the TV.

We came up to the villages for a week. We didn't have a signed realtor but went to many open houses. We stopped at one house that Jana was showing but told her what we were looking for in a house and neighborhood. She said that she had another one that might be a fit and it was. She didn't pressure us but she was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. As they say, most people buy three times in the villages, well if we look again we will definitely get back in touch with Jana. Strongly encourage house hunters to use Jana.
