We met Ladonna by chance at an open house, and that unexpected meeting truly changed everything. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She guided us through each step with care and genuine attention, making the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. What started as a chance encounter led us to our dream home and a forever friend. We are so grateful for Ladonna and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I don’t know how many times we told Ladonna that she’s the best, but it was a lot! She is always looking out for her buyers through the entire process and always has your best interests in mind. She works tirelessly to make sure you’re getting exactly what you’re looking for and she helps you weigh the pros and cons to help guide you to your new home. She is just the best!

Ladonna was not only our realtor but she treated us like family! She was there for us every step of the way while buying our home. Ladonna was honest, patient, and always had our best interests at heart, especially when dealing with the builder. She sent us video progress of our home during the build process, negotiated add-ons, and helped schedule inspections and appointments on our behalf. She was quick to respond to any question through text, email, or phone call and always went the extra mile. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we are so grateful for Ladonna’s help in finding the perfect home and neighborhood for our family!

Ola is a not only a fantastic realtor, she is also very genuine and sees you as a person, not just another client! She was very helpful to us in a stressful last minute move and I can’t thank her enough for her sense of urgency and expertise!!

We were referred to Ola from an agent in Ormond Beach area. He wanted to be certain we had the best experience from someone local to St. John's County and St Augustine who knows the area. Best referral ever! Ola went above and beyond in ways I couldn't even imagine. We flew in from out of state and had only 2 days scheduled with Ola. She came extremely prepared! Took the initiative to determine our taste in homes in advance and showed us quality real estate that matched. We fell in love with the area, found our home, and Ola helped negotiate a fantastic price as well. Being from out-of-state, we opted for a remote closing. Throughout the entire process, Ola was in frequent communication and even performed the final walkthrough taking and sending us videos of instructions for the home amenities. Wow! Ola is very professional, always kind, no pressure, goes the extra mile to provide personalized care and service, and made our 2 days together as well as this entire process super fun!! I seriously can't imagine a better real estate agent. We are extremely grateful. Ola is truly the BEST!

There simply aren’t enough words to describe how incredible Ola is! We have been working with her since 2019, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our real estate needs. From day one, Ola has been the definition of professionalism, integrity, and expertise. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the market, but what truly sets her apart is the genuine care she has for her clients. She takes the time to really get to know you, understand your goals, and guide you through every decision with honesty and confidence. At no point did we ever feel like just another client; we always felt like a priority. When it came time to sell our home, Ola exceeded every expectation. Thanks to her outstanding pricing strategy, marketing, and preparation, our home sold in just 6 hours with multiple offers! It was an incredible result, and it’s a testament to her experience and dedication. What we appreciated most was that she never disappeared once the house was listed. She was with us every step of the way from the first conversation to the closing answering questions, offering advice, advocating for us, and making what could have been a stressful process feel effortless. Ola is everything you hope to find in a realtor: knowledgeable, responsive, honest, strategic, and genuinely invested in her clients’ success. She goes above and beyond in every sense of the word. If you’re buying or selling a home, do yourself a favor and call Ola. We can say without hesitation that she is the best realtor we’ve ever worked with, and we will continue to trust her with all of our future real estate needs. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Found us our dream home.

Our dream house already had a contract on it. Mike said if we wanted this house, act fast. He was quick to make the deal go our way. Never pushy but always answering the phone and clarifying our situation. He told us what we needed to do from beginning offer until closing. The best realtor I've ever worked with.

Mike's business associate that I had been talking to about houses was out of town when a house I really wanted to see was available. So Mike showed it to us and helped us get ready to make an offer that very day. There were a lot of ups and downs and complications, but he was there with us, making contacts for us, reminding us what we needed to do, arguing our case when necessary. I don't think we'd have the house we dearly love so much if it had not been for his hard work and willing attitude. Highly recommend.

Lissa is a very professional, hard working and action oriented real estate agent. She takes care of things before they even have a chance to become an issue. I can trust her completely in taking every action possible to enable and complete a real estate transaction.

Lissa is a very thorough professional with a ton of knowledge and local contacts that can help facilitate a transaction. Being from out of town, Lissa arranged for many different vendors to visit the home in our absence, from inspectors and electricians to handymen and movers. We could not and would not have felt comfortable purchasing a home in Ponte Vedra Beach without her help.

Lissa constantly kept me apprised of market conditions, activity within my price range and advised on actions that would enhance my home’s marketability. My personal design choices did not appeal to many buyers. She overcame that by creating a look book demonstrating its potential with some changes to the color scheme and decor. Ultimately, we were able to obtain my desired price despite being owner occupied, having multiple pets and the current buyers market conditions. She personally oversaw all showings and provided me with useful feedback. I think her knowledge of both the area and my particular neighborhood was a great asset in the sale process. Lissa is a real go-getter and I am very happy that I chose her as my agent!
