After a couple weeks of trying on our own, within hours of our listing going active, we had multiple showings scheduled and an acceptable offer in two days. Highly Recommended

Darlene was so helpful throughout the buying process. She communicated clearly and was always available (even on short notice), which really made a difference when working from a distance. Her market knowledge and negotiation skills were outstanding. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and tailored to what mattered most to me. When it began to seem like my budget wouldn’t meet all my needs, she was adaptive and helped me navigate those trade-offs. In the end, we found a great property that worked for my situation and closed on it well within budget. She also provided great references for contracting work and was incredibly helpful even when I couldn’t be there in person. She showed up on time, stayed on top of everything, and managed it all while juggling other clients. She made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. I recommend her as a buyers agent, and am sure she would be excellent representation for sellers as well. I hope to work with her again in the future, and I have full confidence in her providing the same experience to new clients for many years to come.

Darlene did an incredible job marketing our home with professional photography, walk through video and a beautiful aerial drone video. She guided us through a challenging process selling our home in a competitive market with many homes for sale in our area. Her experience and advice was invaluable negotiating with buyers for offers on our home. She sold our home in 3 months! We highly recommend Darlene, you will not find a more knowledgeable, competent and professional realtor.

Working with Traci Crawford, our realtor, was one of the best decisions we made during our home-buying journey. From the very beginning, she took the time to truly understand what we were looking for—not just in terms of budget and location, but also the little details that mattered to our lifestyle. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable about the market. We never felt rushed or pressured, and she always gave honest advice, which we really appreciated. When we finally found “the one,” she guided us through every step of the process—from making a competitive offer to navigating inspections and closing—making everything feel smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most was her dedication. It really felt like she had our best interests at heart the entire time. Thanks to her hard work and expertise, we ended up in a home that’s absolutely perfect for us. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Tracie is amazing! We were in the process of buying a home and had very short notice that we’d be in town, hoping to see as many houses as possible in just one day. She quickly arranged everything, met us, and spent the entire day showing us homes. At first, we weren’t sure we had found “the one,” though we had a couple of strong contenders. Later, our youngest son—who will be living in the home—became interested in one of the houses I had mentioned and really wanted to see it in person. With even shorter notice, we reached out to Tracie to see if there was any way she could meet us again in St. Augustine before our flight. Without hesitation, she adjusted her schedule and met us. After seeing the home together, we all loved it and decided to put in an offer. Tracie guided us through every step of the process, and we successfully closed on the house just a few days ago! I highly recommend Tracie. She is kind, punctual, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients. Overall, she’s just a wonderful person to work with.

Traci worked with us for 2 years, helping us understand the area, gave recommendations based on our price point and sent us numerous videos while we were still living out of town. When we finally moved to the area and touring houses, Traci made sure to keep out expectations in line and connected us with great people. Still to this day, a year after our house sale, she continue to provide support and check in on our family. You really can't ask for anyone better or truly cares about your happiness. Thank you Traci!

Sheri is an amazing realtor and a great communicater. Patience with a Capital "P". We were on the hunt for 2 homes or lots to build side by side. That was a tall order but not for Sheri. She found 2 new homes in perfect neighborhood next door to each other.

We had an incredible experience working with Sherri and the team at One Florida Group. As first time home buyers moving from out of state, there were countless moving parts, questions, and moments of uncertainty, but they made everything feel organized, manageable, and genuinely stress free. Sherri was outstanding from start to finish. She was always extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. She consistently went above and beyond for us, including visiting the house on our behalf, meeting with agents and service providers when we could not be there in person, and helping us navigate every step with confidence. We truly felt like we had someone in our corner who cared about helping us make the right decisions, not just close a transaction. One of the most valuable parts of working with Sherri and One Florida Group was the network of trusted contacts and service providers they connected us with throughout the process. Every recommendation was helpful, responsive, and high quality, which made a huge difference as we coordinated everything remotely. Buying a home from out of state as first time buyers could have been overwhelming, but Sherri and the entire One Florida Group team made the experience seamless. We are extremely grateful for all of their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
