Traci helped us find the right home on a very short timeline. She looked out for us and made sure that we checked out the neighborhoods before hand and she listened to our wants and needs because we do have three children. Understood exactly what I wanted in a timely manner

Tracie is amazing! We were in the process of buying a home and had very short notice that we’d be in town, hoping to see as many houses as possible in just one day. She quickly arranged everything, met us, and spent the entire day showing us homes. At first, we weren’t sure we had found “the one,” though we had a couple of strong contenders. Later, our youngest son—who will be living in the home—became interested in one of the houses I had mentioned and really wanted to see it in person. With even shorter notice, we reached out to Tracie to see if there was any way she could meet us again in St. Augustine before our flight. Without hesitation, she adjusted her schedule and met us. After seeing the home together, we all loved it and decided to put in an offer. Tracie guided us through every step of the process, and we successfully closed on the house just a few days ago! I highly recommend Tracie. She is kind, punctual, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients. Overall, she’s just a wonderful person to work with.
