Traci is truly a blessing! Not only was she always communicating with every person in this process, trying to make sure we were all on the same page, but she always had my best interest when speaking to anyone. Her knowledge in the market significantly helped me, as well as her being able to educate me in this as well, as this is my first time buying a house. I did not understand much, until she educated me. She constantly made sure that I felt comfortable with this process as well, whether it was where the house was, the overall price, monthly payments, going over what extra payments there would be and what to look out for in the house for maintenance, etc. She truly went beyond what her job was, and I deeply appreciate it. Even when the process with the company wasn’t as easy, she was there to smooth out the rough spots and get everyone communicating how they should.

My husband retired from the military, and we were ready to buy our forever home. Even though our location was out of Traci’s normal footprint, we knew she would be the only one we would trust to help us. She drove 2hrs, 3 different times to show us homes. This was the 2nd home we bought with her, and she was just amazing. Highly recommend her!! Above and beyond should be her middle name!!

I discovered Ms. Traci by doing an online search for realtors in my area, but after seeing her history and all the great reviews I knew I had to reach out and try to get her as my realtor! I have no regrets! Being a first-time homebuyer she did not pressure me in any of my decisions, but she made sure I knew/understood all the necessary facts/information and was able to feel confident in the decisions I made. Her communication in keeping me updated in every step of the process was great. I greatly appreciate her being with me at closing as well since I was by myself.

We purchased our home remotely and we have never been to Jacksonville except for passing through. Traci was exceptional during the whole process. She provided her honest opinion of the house, location and future marketability. Our mobile notary no called / no showed on closing day. Traci had it sorted out and a different notary assigned within 20 mins. the whole experience was amazing. We will defiantly be back when it is time to sale.
