Rachel has helped us both purchase a house and sell the same house two and a half years later. As we purchased our home she had so much patience as we looked for the perfect house that we could afford and that met our needs. We purchased our home when the market was such that people were biding way over asking price and we weren't willing to do so. She would write a contract only to have it outbid by someone with much more money and desire. When we realized we would have to probably sell our house, she helped us with the process of selling it or of trying to rent it out.
