A fine piece of work, indeed. The resultant showings came in rapid succession, with offers that permitted Nate to negotiate terms above our asking price, and the "Sold" sign came up in just 3 days. A couple of months of frustrating delays followed, due to septic system compliance failures, communication breakdowns among contractors and city inspectors, until Nate coordinated resolutions to those problems, got the work done and produced final documents for signatures by all parties.
