Derek was very available at anytime we needed anything. He was laid back and easy to relate with. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were very impressed and glad we had the opportunity to work with him on finding and purchasing our new home. It was comforting to know this big decision of our life was in good hands with Derek.
