Linh’s professional service and knowledge of real estate market in Sarasota are remarkable. However, what make her stand out of the crowded field in this hot housing market are her patience, honesty and willingness to do the best for her clients. She always goes extra step and spends extra time in a cheerful manner to fulfill clients’ demands. During a period of nine months from the time we met her in a short vacation in Siesta Key in November 2020 to present, Linh has been always there to guide us every step until we find the home that my wife and I both love. Whether you like to buy a small house or a mansion to live or to invest, and whether you live in Sarasota area or out of state, Linh is the ideal, trustful and thorough real estate agent that everyone will be blessed to have.

We interviewed several realtors and Andrew stood out, especially based on the number of houses sold in the last few years and his knowledge of the market. Once hired, Andrew was able to get the house listed within just a couple of days, and less than a week later we had a cash offer for just under asking price. His advice on price was spot on, he told us up front what to expect and then met those expectations, and he was very responsive and respectful throughout the process. His help was also invaluable working through the results of the inspection and resolving the related issues. In short, if I had another house to sell, I would hire him again.
