Would highly recommend Kathie. She went through every document and contingency. She was always available for advice and needs even when she had to be out of town for a few days. We had a last minute snag which would have delayed or cancelled the closing but Kathie did the other realtor's job and got the buyers to sign documents needed. She was exceptional and I never give an excellent rating to anyone. She would be the one I would call in the future if I needed one. Thank you Kathie
