We found Jill to be professional and attentive to our needs. She staged our condo to provide for a quick and successful sale. We were very happy with her efforts.

"I am so grateful to be able to leave this review for Luz Colina. I have bought and sold 3 houses over the past 20 years and it was never as smooth and stress free as this sale with Luz. The condo we were selling belonged to my sister who passed away in July. Luz was the real estate agent that handled the sale for my sister. My sister was so pleased with the seamless purchase of her condo that I never hesitated when trying to decide who I would ask to help sell it. It was a difficult decision to sell. From the first moment we contacted her, Luz gently guided us to the final sale. This is not to say that she was not dedicated, professional, and competitive. She was all of these things and more. She researched the area and set an exceptional price based on what was selling around us and what people were willing to pay. She took care of staging the home exquisitely. It was done so beautifully, we received many compliments. Luz made sure we received all paperwork in a timely manner and with very clear instructions on filling it out. She was kind and patient with the many questions we had. In the end, we sold the condo for the asking price. She negotiated on our behalf and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Luz without hesitation. If you are looking for someone who has your best interest at heart and will listen to your needs and act on your behalf, Luz Colina is the perfect agent for you. Thank you, Luz!!" mrainey1183
