He assisted us with the initial desire of buying a lot in a really tough and competitive market in Sarasota, finding and introducing us to one of the most recognized custom builder in the area and researching the best financial option and institution in order to make our project and dream happen. Let's not forget that we were in the process of moving from NJ to FL, therefore working remotely, which is typically harder and often complicated. Lots of credits to Alessandro and his references (we didn't know him before our moving from NJ) to make it a great experience!
