Working with Nickole was fantastic. She expertly guided me through the process of selling my house (something that was wildly confusing and overwhelming for me!). Nickole told me exactly what I needed to do, was available any time I had questions or needed help, and explained how each step of the process would work. Then Nickole listed and sold my home in 1 day!!! After that Nickole helped to guide me through understanding what would happen at closing. Nickole even helped with an emergency reschedule of the closing date due to Hurricane Ian! Overall Nickole was a pleasure to deal with, was easy to communicate with, informative, and was absolutely irreplaceable in guiding me through the sale process. She went above and beyond in every single way. Highly highly recommended! Work with Nickole, you won’t be sorry. Thank you Nickole!
