My husband and I had a great experience with Julie. We were purchasing from out of state and she was so patient with us with our endless questions and FaceTime calls. She is super knowledge and would totally work with her again in the future!

"I have had the pleasure of working with Kate twice now, and both times she has been absolutely terrific. Her professionalism is commendable, and in each instance, I sold my property for more than I expected. The transactions and closings went smoothly, thanks to her meticulous attention to detail. She effectively safeguarded my interests throughout the sales process."

A great big "Thank You"to Ruth and Dan @Primo Realtors -Charles Rutenberg ,for all the dedication and hard work they put into finding me my first Florida Home . As a widow and first time Florida home buyer I was very nervous and ok maybe a bit needy !Ruth and Dan calmed my nerves and were their day or night when I called with questions and concerns. They really made me feel like part of their family and I knew they had my best interest at heart ! So a big hug and heartfelt thank you again You're truely the best guys !!!!
