Dave was great. Although I’m a real estate agent (out of state), I found it very helpful that dave knew the area and the unique items we had to be aware of in Florida. We looked at many properties and areas to find the one that was right for us.

Finally when we’re able to fly down she nailed the property that met all of our needs.
