This is the second time we used Denise Norris for our real estate needs. The first time we used her, she found our house that we bought in 2019. The process for that purchase went so smooth and efficient. She even helped us while she was down in Costa Rica on vacation! Denise just sold our house in Santa Cruz, CA, in less than a month. Everything went so smooth and we never felt stressed throughout the entire transaction. She was constantly keeping us up to date on anything and everything that needed to be done, or how things were progressing. She always replied to our text messages right away, no matter how late or early it was. She always knew the answer if we had questions and made sure to find out if it was something she didn’t know. I highly recommend Denise Norris to help you with any real estate needs- she gets the job done, quickly, efficiently and stress free.
