Mario was a pleasure to work with in buying my first home. In that first meeting, he took the time to explain the entire home-buying process in a very matter-of-fact and approachable way. From that moment, I had a strong feeling he would be the realtor I wanted to work with because he was very professional yet personable. Mario worked very hard and was always extremely responsive at all hours of the day. He also has a great network of people he works with so any time I needed a referral or recommendation, he had people he could reach out to immediately. This proved helpful when an insurance provider fell through towards the end of escrow, and Mario was able to connect me with someone else immediately to keep the closing process going.
