Jessica was patient with us while we figured out if we were upgrading in the area or moving out of the area. We toured several properties with her and ultimately decided to move away. She came to our house multiple times as we packed and cleaned up to help us figure out what we needed to do to get our home listed and get the price we were hoping for. We sold over asking even as Covid made it impossible to show the house. She also was such a big help when we ultimately moved to Boston and needed to do a remote signing to close and kept us up to date on how our closing was progressing. We are both retired and have bought and sold quite a few times. In the end we ended up selling our old home a few weeks before closing on our new home. Heidi made the experience of selling as easy and fluid as I’d imagine it can be.
