I had the privilege of working with both Mario Desantis and Jose Salas on my recent home purchase in Felton, CA. After watching the market, summer 2025 was the time to jump in, and Mario and Jose made the process smooth. With great communication, they let me search for a house at my own pace, and were both proactive about sending me properties in my price range throughout as well. They were great at making the process happen once we found the right house, and were able to negotiate and work with all the different people involved (inspections, mortgage broker, insurance, etc) and help me, a newbie first time home buyer!! I would recommend them both to anyone, especially to a new home buyer!

Shari went to my property and spoke with nieghbors, went to city office to verify property specs, and listed. She went more than once, round trip 100+ miles. She received MANY inquiries on the property, all a No. Until the right buyer called. He had seen it and wanted it to expand his business. The right buyer and this seller is proud that her grandparents would approve.

Heidi made the experience of selling as easy and fluid as I’d imagine it can be. Her professionalism, knowledge and proactive nature made things seamless and granted me the opportunity to focus on more things in life than just the sale itself which was huge for me. She went above and beyond, even after the sale was finalized to ensure the the experience was pleasant.
