A “Can-Do” Realtor Who Made Our Dream Home a Reality

To whom it may concern; We have had the unique experience of being represented by Mario both as a buyer and as a seller. Residing in our Monterey County home for almost 30 years, we were not actively looking to move. But the only constant in life is change. We casually talked about what we could do to our home to improve it even more. We even considered exploring areas outside of our comfort zone. Over the past several years we even attended dozens of local open houses throughout Santa Cruz County and the surrounding areas. One day a spectacular home in Day Valley presented itself. We went and realized this was going to be our new home. Mario is not a "yes man"; he is in fact a "can do" man. Several months later, now living in our home, we are truly thankful to Mario for largely making our new home a reality. When you're selling your home, it's personal. But the bottom line is the location and neighborhood. Mario and his team assimilated a broad marketing campaign which showcased and trumpeted all of the features of our little slice of heaven. He went as far as connecting us with contractors and home stagers to make our home the best it possibly could be. He even coordinated inspections and appraisals. There were no surprises left to chance. His team held many open houses and welcomed several dozen groups to see our home in person. In the end we capitalized on buyers that fell in love with our home and will likely love it as is and make their own memories there. Mario's signature action has to be his consistent positive attitude; and open communication throughout the process. When someone loves what they do like Mario clearly does, the results speak for themselves.
