I had the privilege of working with both Mario Desantis and Jose Salas on my recent home purchase in Felton, CA. After watching the market, summer 2025 was the time to jump in, and Mario and Jose made the process smooth. With great communication, they let me search for a house at my own pace, and were both proactive about sending me properties in my price range throughout as well. They were great at making the process happen once we found the right house, and were able to negotiate and work with all the different people involved (inspections, mortgage broker, insurance, etc) and help me, a newbie first time home buyer!!
