I had a chance meeting with Mario Desantis while visiting a local park playing bocce ball. He was out early on a Saturday with his small child and their interaction was heartwarming. We struck up a conversation and became friends ... I would make him chocolates and he would give me olive oil from his family farm in Italy. A year or so later I heard he was a realtor and so when I decided to sell my home of 35 years, I called him and had him list my home. Mario has been a fabulous professional handling my transaction. He is always available. His mantra is "I'm just a phonne call away" and this has proven true. One skill he demonstrated early in our transaction was his ability to listen.
