Connie walked me through the whole selling process step by step. She had valuable insights to offer from her years of experience. She made sure all of the details were taken care of, and that I understood what was happening. We had all of our ducks in a row before listing, and were able to choose between two offers over asking within a week. I was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge, and she was very proactive and stayed in touch with me daily.

3,000 Miles Away, Yet Supported Every Step of the Way

I’ve never met Mario in person. He was recommended by a friend who knew how good his work and results were. All the good things you read in other reviews are true even at a distance. I was 3000 miles away through the entire process of selling our home in Bonny Doon and found that time zones made no difference to the time and care Mario gave to the numerous big and little issues involved. He takes a wide and supportive view of what it takes to accomplish a sale for both seller and buyer. He’s attentive and inventive, upbeat and responsive. Communication is fantastic. I don’t believe he sleeps!
