Working with Justin has been a great and positive experience. Initially I interviewed 3 different realtors and I knew from our initial phone call, Justin was my guy. His knowledge about the San Diego area mixed with his experience makes him a fantastic realtor for any buyer regardless of your experience with real estate. I knew very little going in and Justin took the time to explain the process and guided me to purchasing my first home. Justin is honest and will not sell you a home just to sell you a home, he will make sure it’s a good fit for you! In addition to Justin’s experience, he has a broad network who also play a role in getting the job done, which is critical when buying in a competitive environment like San Diego.

This is our second time using Century 21, specifically Carol Mundell. Carol's performance was outstanding. She went above and beyond with what we asked of her. The preparation, showing, negotiations and closing couldn't have been smoother. When issues presented themselves, Carol stepped in and took charge to ensure our best interests were taken care of. Carol's Teammate, Lauren, was just as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as she was. Anytime Carol was not available, Lauren was, and it made the process relaxing and stress free. This Team is a match made in Realtor Heaven and couldn't have been better. We only wish we could use them with our new search and purchase, however, Carol did provided us with an Agent in the area we have moved to. Sure hope they are up for the challenge, because they have large shoes to fill after dealing with Team Mundell.
