5 STARS for Kara. We had the pleasure of working with her 2 years ago with the purchase of our first home. We decided at the end of 2021 that even though we loved our house it was time to upgrade to something a little bigger. We immediately called Kara and she got to work right away! We needed the proceeds of the sale to buy a new home and Kara explained to us all our options and we proceeded with listing our home. We were able to sell our house for 45k over ask and even got the buyers to take over our solar loan! Then we had to find a new house. We found our dream home a couple weeks later and got our offer accepted even though it was contingent on selling! Wow! We followed Kara’s advice and got exactly what we wanted and more. Kara is always attentive, responsive, explains what is happening, friendly and she knows what she is doing. We are very lucky to have found her. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs/wants an agent who will go above and beyond for their clients.

Working with Amanda was an absolute dream. She is incredibly knowledgable, honest, reliable, and trustworthy, which are all super important qualities to have in a real estate agent. From the first meeting with Amanda, she treated us like we had a multimillion dollar home. She was incredibly respectful and realistic with the market we were in and what we could get for our home, etc. We set an ambitious goal with Amanda for the price we wanted to sell our home at, and ultimately she negotiated with the buyers to reach that goal - which put us in a great position to buy our next home. Amanda always made sure she was available to see houses with us, and in the few times she wasn’t, she made sure to go look at the home on her own after the fact in case there was anything important that we should consider or that we may have missed in our initial walkthrough. Not only is Amanda an incredibly skilled agent, she also has a lot of connections with various contractors, which was extremely helpful when we needed to make minor fixes before moving out of the home we sold, and when wanting to make updates to the home we were moving into. I can’t say enough great things about Amanda. I will 100% be referring her to anyone that needs help selling or buying a home. She is the BEST!
