In November of 2019 I decided it was time to buy my first home/investment property. Ivan worked diligently with me for 4 months to help me find the perfect property for me. I gave him my expectations for what I wanted to find in a property and he used those guidelines to help me find what I was ideal for me even in the fast moving and expensive San Diego market. As a first time homebuyer he was able to educate me in a way that didn't make me feel bad for asking questions. Not only was he able to educate me, my parents who own 19 properties, were able to fire off questions and again he was able to give good answers or investigate to find the answer, with their experience in home buying and using realtors, they were also really impressed. Not only was he great at communicating, he is extremely creative, open minded, and adaptive which lead him to find great properties in this market and ultimately win my this property despite 4 other offers being in. Lastly he has connections and contacts for everything to property managers, contractors, lenders, etc. He will work for you and not only find you the best property but in addition the best resources to help you be a successful homeowner.
