Denise is the best realtor we have worked with. Upon our first meeting, Denise came into our home, walked around, complimented what she liked, and told us the fixes we would need to do to get top dollar for our house. It wasnt easy to listen to, but when we thought about it from a buyers perspective, we agreed to get quotes for the work that was needed. She arranged for several to come out and give us quotes on one day within a window of time - to me this showed she respected our time and the vendors time.
