Barb sent me a personalized list of homes that met my criteria and I’m happy to say one of them became my first home! I know nothing about real estate transactions but Barb walked me through everything step by step. She is very kind and friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and accommodating- went out of her way to meet me at the property (before closing escrow) multiple times so I could take measurements/check on certain things.
