Goron is a professional, he’s very dependable, and always answer calls either by text or simply will call you right back. He doesn’t make you wait. Gary is a very friendly guy and surrounds himself with great staff! His experience gives him almost a 5th sense as I looked for a new home, knowing the history of a neighborhood and usually, even the house so I knew hidden details before even stepping in the door. He got to know me and focused my search, avoiding homes he knew I would not be happy with. I would ask to see some anyway and he was right, the pictures online and detail only tell half the story and Gary seems to know the rest. He also goes beyond any other realtor I have ever known. Takes care of all the details and lets me focus on my life, and my search. He has so many resources and contacts at his finger tips as well, to help you move in, or even to make a good home great. I just bought a house that was a fixer-upper. I was hesitant to buy but at my price range, it was the best compromise. He had multiple contacts for me to use for paint, yard work, flooring, roofing and so many more great quality professionals at that work at comparatively bargain prices. So far, Gary has sold 3 homes for me, and helped me buy my 3rd home as of last week, as my personal home needs have changed over the last 24 years I have known him. I do highly recommend him and will use him again if I decide to move in the future.

Alicia was great to work with. She helped us set the price on our home correctly and showed us what to do to present the home in a way to really show off its features. She also helped us to view the home from the buyers point of view.

Devere was great to work with. My husband and I took a long time to figure out what we wanted/needed for our family. For example, on more than one occasion we decided to stop looking, then decided to start again, we changed our budget several times, we changed our mind about financing several times, etc. In other words, we weren't the easiest clients. However, Devere was very patient with us and helped us all along the way. She was helpful in scheduling showings, and during those showings, she would point out pros & cons about the property that we otherwise wouldn't have noticed. When we were finally ready to pull the trigger in buying a house, she coordinated everything between the other realtor, our financing guy, the title company, etc. She made the process easy! Now that we are in our new house, we are so happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend Devere as a great realtor!
