Ashley Park is a dream agent and I'll sing her praises for life! I've used two agents previously and she was by far the best. She made buying a project house seem manageable, and knew what estimates we could expect for each project that we needed to complete. Oh, and had contacts for everything imaginable. I never could have taken on such an undertaking without her help, which I should mention hasn't ended. She has gone above and beyond more than anyone I've ever know. As for selling our home, she made the process far easier than I expected. Not only did she send a handyman to help, she staged the home for us. It made the entire process far less stressful than past experiences. She's truly the best at what she does.

Ashley was the best fit for my husband and I. We just bought our first home and Ashley seemed as excited as we were. She quickly responded to every house I wanted to see, and talked us through the entire process. She is professional, prompt, and kind. She knows a lot about local properties and can find gems! She was knowledgeable about our area, did her research, and encouraged us set a price that was beyond what we had expected but which she was confident we could attain. Her exceptional design eye helped us make improvements and staging decisions that made our house look its best, and on the day of our open house, she closed the sale quickly. She also introduced us to an exceptional team of handymen, gardeners, carpet repair guys and more that were essential in making the whole process go smoothly. We can't recommend her more highly.

Ashley is a killer agent, she went above and beyond for me. I was a first time home buyer, and my wants/needs changed several times throughout the process. She was super patient, helped me identify what exactly it was I wanted in a house, and showed me options that met those wants/needs. Her knowledge of the Salt Lake market is unparalleled. She was able to quickly identify homes that were winners and losers, which areas were good and bad, as well as which homes were going to fly off the market within a short period. She previewed countless homes and knew which would be worth checking out, as well as which I should forget about. When going through a house with her, she was able to identify anything that might be a red flag or something I should be concerned about. Overall, Ashley made buying a home a pleasant process. She was quick to respond to every text/call and was super helpful in identifying which homes would best suit my needs. If you're looking for an agent, I highly recommend her.
