Ashley Park is a dream agent and I'll sing her praises for life! I've used two agents previously and she was by far the best. She made buying a project house seem manageable, and knew what estimates we could expect for each project that we needed to complete. Oh, and had contacts for everything imaginable. I never could have taken on such an undertaking without her help, which I should mention hasn't ended. She has gone above and beyond more than anyone I've ever know. As for selling our home, she made the process far easier than I expected. Not only did she send a handyman to help, she staged the home for us. It made the entire process far less stressful than past experiences. She's truly the best at what she does.
