Alex was absolutely incredible to work with. He took time to understand what we were looking for, and was extremely patient with us as we worked through multiple offers and tricky negotiation points. He was upfront and honest with us, helping us to have realistic expectations from the outset and continued to support all of our requests throughout the entire journey. He absolutely went above and beyond in every way, and we would highly recommend working with him.

Devere was great to work with. My husband and I took a long time to figure out what we wanted/needed for our family. For example, on more than one occasion we decided to stop looking, then decided to start again, we changed our budget several times, we changed our mind about financing several times, etc. In other words, we weren't the easiest clients. However, Devere was very patient with us and helped us all along the way. She was helpful in scheduling showings, and during those showings, she would point out pros & cons about the property that we otherwise wouldn't have noticed. When we were finally ready to pull the trigger in buying a house, she coordinated everything between the other realtor, our financing guy, the title company, etc. She made the process easy! Now that we are in our new house, we are so happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend Devere as a great realtor!

Heather honestly is the best realtor and person I know. She worked so hard for my family to find or perfect house. It took us over a year and she was knowledgeable with the market, helped us in making decisions about offers and what type of offers to make and willing to adjust and work with me and my craziness! She is the most patient which is great in the housing market. Heather honestly loves what she does and that makes the process so much easier. I didn’t only gain a great new realtor but also a friend.

Blair Allen was incredible. Patience, knowledgeable, responsive. He knows the market like the back of his hand. Blair gave spot on suggestions and was honest from start to finish. I never give 5 stars but this will be the exception.
