We had Lorna Davis as our realtor who helped me find a home a few years before our current search. She’s been supportive throughout the 6+ years I’ve known her, checking in to see how things were doing with the first place she helped us get and following up when we said we wanted to start looking to sell by a certain point in our lives. We were able to list the first house she helped us get into super quick and have really good turn around with it and initially fell in love with several other houses in the searching process. She took us to see several homes and worked with our busy schedules to make showings happen and when we lost a house we loved to someone else she didn’t stop to find us others that fit our needs and wishes. Through several challenging moments, she advocated for us with sellers and buyers and didn’t stop until we were happy with the home we picked. A few months ago, we closed on what we hope to be our home for the next several chapters in our lives and we couldn’t be happier. There’s no other realtor I even considered calling when I knew we were wanting to start looking. She is a fantastic realtor who developed into a fantastic friend and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell/buy a home

Fantastic and responsible realtor. Known her since 2010. Have referred friends to her and she did take really good care of them in terms of giving professional advice. The best I have known in Utah. she has taken me to see at least 100 houses before I bought the right one and she did not even complain but patiently help me realized my dream home. I will refer her to anyone without any doubt. Mindy was amazing again as she was when I was buying the house. Her responsiveness and how quickly she gets back to you. Now I am listing my house and she will be the one selling it and will buy another one through her when this house is sold. Again, great realtor.
