Christina is the utmost professional. She took all factors of my life into consideration when looking for potential properties for my daughter and I. It was obvious she researched each property prior to showing them to me. She had the exact routes mapped out so we didn’t waste time backtracking while driving from house to house. We ran into a selling realtor on one of the properties that I was interested in but the selling realtor was not educated in the real-estate industry at all. Christina took the time to educate this realtor down to the basics of the differences between FHA, VA, and conventional loans. She was able to find my dream home in a matter of weeks. Christina truly was the best part of the entire house buying process by keeping me up to date snd reminding me over every little detail. If she was unavailable to answer a phone call or text, she always called or sent a reply text within minutes regardless of how important the questions was. She definitely operates with a service 1st which made me feel at ease throughout the process of purchasing the home I would like to eventually retire in. In the future, I would recommend Christina over any other realtor I have ever worked with in the past.
