The move to Arizona was a difficult one for me since I had lived in Washington State my entire life. Rachelle answered the many many questions I had about the Arizona life and set my mind at ease. Chris was upfront about the steps we would be taking in the listing of our house. He was on time on all appointments and answered ( and there were many) questions we had for him during the process. We received an offer in 2 days and after walkthroughs, inspections, etc. were able to close in a little over a month. We needed to stay in the house for a brief period after the close and that was negotiated and really helped us with our moving to another city.
