Julie is an excellent realtor! She made the process so smooth and easy, while being personable and helping us every step along the way. We will most definitely be telling our friends and anyone in need about her. Thanks again Julie!
In a market where you don’t have to do much to get as much out of your house, Julie guided us through the process step by step to get nearly 40k over asking price. She guided us in proving the house right, how to stage the home and what not to have in it at the time of the showings, and helped us choose the right buyers from the many offers we received. If we had stayed instate, we would have utilized her to purchase a new home in the Phoenix area.
Julie hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
