Chris was upfront about the steps we would be taking in the listing of our house. He was on time on all appointments and answered ( and there were many) questions we had for him during the process. We received an offer in 2 days and after walkthroughs, inspections, etc. were able to close in a little over a month. We needed to stay in the house for a brief period after the close and that was negotiated and really helped us with our moving to another city. I would recommend Chris to anyone who needs an honest agent that listens to you, reacts and gets the job done!
