Art did a great job assisting with our home search. His knowledge of the general area is excellent. We told him what we were looking for and we ultimately found it with his help. He showed us 13 houses and we bought number 11. I don't think we could have found this without Art. Even the money and financial part, he answered our questions sometimes at 9 pm or later. We both feel he did a great job.

Hired Jeff to sell my aunt's home. I drove down from Phoenix to meet him at the property. We discussed the property itself, the neighborhood, the comparable homes that sold recently. We had a discussion about the state of the market in Tucson, and discussed pricing the home and the things I could do to get it ready to be listed. He recommended the price, and we went with it. Home was listed on a Wednesday, had an offer that Sunday, the offer was right around asking, so was accepted and the property was sold and closed 30 days later. Couldn't have gone any smoother. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We found the home of our dreams. This was a very difficult goal of ours, to sell a house valued over three million, to buy the home that would fit our needs and to find a temporary rental in between both transactions. These implied finding ideal buyers and sellers, ideal storage units for large amounts of furniture and other materials, arranging home repairs, negotiations back and forth with multiple buyers and sellers, dealing with frustration and disappointments, etc. You would expect your real state agent to deal mainly with the sale/purchase parts of the mess. But Diego goes well beyond expectations. He organized not only the contractual parts of the process, but also the repairs through multiple contractors, finding rental agreements, storage and else. Always with an immediate availability, 24 hours seven days a week, and always with a smile and positive attitude. And this while attending college classes and working aside on a food business, which is the most impressive aspect of all. You do not have to read a review to know that about Diego, all you have to do is meeting him for the first time to realize he has the most positive and best disposition you can find in the market, No matter how difficult your task is, he is up for the challenge. You would be very lucky, as I was, to have him as your agent. 5/5 on all aspects without reservation.
