Great overall experience for my first home

I had to sell my mother's home. It was difficult because it was in our family for 100 years.. I live in Texas and had to do this remotely.. Kevin is an amazing agent and made it absolutely stress free. He had multiple offers within a month and we closed without any issues with an offer higher than we anticipated. Nikki was our realtor to sell two homes. The second was our home for 40 years, so although we needed to downsize, it was a sensitive experience. She is excellent as a realtor with years of experience. She guided us though the entire process. She gave us advise when we asked but was able to read us and was never aggressive with the any aspect. Nikki was always available with a quick response. The sale was very close to listing price and was completed a lot sooner than we expected which of course is important to a seller and buyer.

Bob was always available when we contacted him always the first one to let us know of any respective buyers and was open to our suggestions and ideas.

As a first-time home buyer, I had met with other agents that didn't seem to take the time to get to know me or what I was looking for.
