M. Sheileen Godwin brings a unique blend of creativity, professionalism, and community spirit to Lewith & Freeman Real Estate. With a background that spans theatre, interior design, graphic design, and photography, Sheileen’s skill set is a powerful asset when it comes to presenting and marketing homes. Her natural eye for design, paired with exceptional organization and communication skills, helps ensure each transaction is smooth, strategic, and visually impactful from start to finish.
Sheileen is a proud graduate of King’s College and Binghamton University, where she studied Theatre. Her career began in higher education, serving as a Professor and Chairperson of the Theatre Department at King’s College. Beyond the classroom, she managed public relations, marketing, social media, and web content - honing the very skills she now uses to elevate her clients' real estate experience.
Her passion for helping people find the right space led her to launch SG Staging and ReDesign, where she combined theatrical design with staging to help sellers highlight a home’s potential. That hands-on work with spaces and homeowners naturally evolved into a career in real estate - where Sheileen now thrives, helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with care, creativity, and confidence.
Sheileen believes in building genuine relationships and making each step of the buying or selling journey enjoyable and memorable. “As a people person, I find it incredibly rewarding to help families and individuals find the home that truly fits their life,” she says.
Deeply involved in her community, Sheileen serves on the Grant Panel Review Board for the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) and PA Partners in the Arts (PPA), and volunteers with the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation.
A lifelong resident of the Back Mountain, Sheileen has deep local roots and a wealth of neighborhood knowledge. She proudly represents clients across Northeastern Pennsylvania, with a focus on Dallas, Shavertown, Trucksville, Harveys Lake, and Hunlock Creek.
