This was our first ever home buying experience and we didn’t know what to expect. Brooke made it as easy on us as possible. She stayed on top of the nonresponsive sellers, she sent us houses before they hit the market, she helped us narrow down what we actually wanted, and she stayed so pleasant through it all. She truly became a trusted friend by the end of the process. If we ever sell and buy again, we will be going with her for sure!

She was very knowledgeable of the market in our area, always keeping in touch with us, and keeping us informed and willing to answer questions anytime of the day.
This was the first and only house we ever owned. Having loved living in it for 53 years, it was a difficult thing for us to imagine moving. Kevin helped us take the emotion out of it, and did such a good job of helping us to prepare our home for selling! It sold very quickly thanks to Kevin’s suggestions, expertise, and professioalism.
