This was our first ever home buying experience and we didn’t know what to expect. Brooke made it as easy on us as possible. She stayed on top of the nonresponsive sellers, she sent us houses before they hit the market, she helped us narrow down what we actually wanted, and she stayed so pleasant through it all. Brooke was able to hone in on a good asking price, and, later, on the best offer. She tailors her advice on your particular situation and needs. For example, she told us to show an empty house but did not think fix-up was necessary. She has no agenda of tradespeople she wants to bring in, but will find them if needed. The house did not initially pass inspection. Since I live out of state, Brooke kept me apprised of the situation which took time to re-examine, but concluded favorably. Whenever I contacted Brooke, she called me that day. The photographs of the property were stunning.
