Great experience!

Jen was right on top of things as soon as we signed with her. Had a photographer come in, held 2 open houses, and she had a good understanding of the market. Our house sold relatively soon, and Jen took care of everything during the process. Highly recommend Jennifer Kelly!

My experience in selling my home with Kevin Smith as my realtor was very enjoyable as c well done

Kevin was especially helpful to me by his market knowledge in setting the price of my home appropriately to the area in which I lived. He could not have done more in keeping me informed of all the negotiating deals, possibly outcomes of my decisions, and made the whole process run smoothly. Hiedi is confidently thorough.

Hiedi was extremely calm and was able to handle my ADHD, my anxiety, my frustration and she kept everything steady while I was going berserk. She even responded to me while on her vacation in Hawaii and had conversations with me. She went above and beyond.

Outstanding integrity, highly professional and knowledgeable of all aspects of buying and selling!

First and foremost Robert unknowingly proved his utmost integrity as a person as well as an agent at my very first meeting with him. It was actually when I met him when I was a buyer and he represented the seller when I bought a house recently. Because of that, I chose him to represent me as the seller while selling my mom’s property under her estate. Robert absolutely knows the real estate business and conducts himself very professionally. He provided guidelines for me to follow, while always ensuring me that “I have the final say” in every step of the way (i.e. feasible listing prices based on market and area, options I had for counter offers, etc.). His outstanding character and ability to communicate and negotiate well made a very difficult situation (losing my beloved mother and dealing with estate issues) as painless as possible. I HIGHLY recommend this agent and have already done so personally with several people.
