He is a graduate of Dallas Senior High School, Muhlenberg College in Allentown and received his real estate certificate from Kings College, Wilkes-Barre. Made a stressful process enjoyable and easy

Kevin was a clear communicator. He took time to understand what my family needed when looking for a house. He was never pushy and always very accommodating. Kevin guided us through the sale of our home from start to a very successful conclusion !

This was the first and only house we ever owned. Having loved living in it for 53 years, it was a difficult thing for us to imagine moving. Kevin helped us take the emotion out of it, and did such a good job of helping us to prepare our home for selling! It sold very quickly thanks to Kevin’s suggestions, expertise, and professioalism. His expertise in all areas of a real estate transaction in its entirety

Kevin is the ultimate professional and understands the entire real estate process from conception of a development to attending local zoning meetings etc to be sure everything we were doing was correct. He works countless hours and is always available 7 days a week to not only provide professional expertise but also walk you through anything unexpected. We had to move telephone poles and it was Kevin dealing with UGI engineers etc etc. I’ve been in business for over 45 years dealt with so many real estate professionals and Kevin would be my number one pick for tomorrow’s project!
