Ms. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from West Chester University and is a founding member of the Arcadia (Robert Dale) Chorale and the Hour Place Child Care Center, Clarks Summit. Professionally, Barbara brings a wide range of experience in the teaching, leadership and management of educational programs including public school music and athletics, childcare, and adult career counseling in neighboring Susquehanna, Lackawanna and Wyoming counties. In the Back Mountain community Barbara is an active member of The United Methodist Church. Residing in the Back Mountain with her husband, Craig, they are proud parents of 4 adult children involved in music, technology, culinary arts and military careers. Raised right here in the community, I spent ten years away building new experiences before returning to the place that has always been home.
