Nikki was our realtor to sell two homes. The second was our home for 40 years, so although we needed to downsize, it was a sensitive experience. She is excellent as a realtor with years of experience. She guided us though the entire process. She gave us advise when we asked but was able to read us and was never aggressive with the any aspect. Nikki was always available with a quick response. The sale was very close to listing price and was completed a lot sooner than we expected which of course is important to a seller and buyer.

When I first reached out to Jill, she made sure to schedule an in-person meeting with me before discussing anything. She said she wanted to make sure we would be good fit for each other to work together. This was so refreshing to hear. As a first-time home buyer, I had met with other agents that didn't seem to take the time to get to know me or what I was looking for. Jill did and realized the importance of that and what a big decision buying your first home is. She always got back to me promptly answering any questions I had, offered advice when I needed it and worked around my schedule. As a night shift worker who isn't awake until about 3pm-4pm this was so important and her keeping my schedule in mind helped alleviate my stress around the whole experience. Jill knows the area well and I felt she was honest with about the homes she showed me all the way up to the home I finally found to call my own. Jill was great, and if you're looking for a home in Luzerne County, I would suggest working with her. Her professionalism and knowledge in the process make her stand out, no doubt.

Darcy is a wonderful agent; she listens to everything you want in a home and guides you to the correct one. She is very knowledgeable and thinks of everything you may forget about when looking at houses because it can become overwhelming. I looked at many houses and had thought I would never find my new family home. Darcy kept encouraging me and telling me it may take some time, but when you find it or it finds you, you will know. She was always available to me no matter what time or day. I feel a good real estate agent is priceless, and Darcy is that if not more! When I finally found the new home, I have now Darcy was a major part of the reason because of her negotiating skills and ability to "read" into what is going on behind the scenes of the whole process. I know I would not have this home today if it wasn't for her. Darcy made the process as easy as possible for me, she kept me appraised of everything that was going to happen next once the bid was accepted. I was fortunate to have Paul Orzel as my agent when looking to purchase a home. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy any real estate. When I decided to purchase a house later in life, I knew nothing about how much the process had changed and what was involved. I must say that it was very intimidating, and there was so much information that I needed to be made aware of. Paul is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me step-by-step very patiently…because I asked so many questions and some repetitively that I actually felt that I was being very annoying, but he never made me feel that way and he was always positive and informative and helpful and kind. Jolene was extremely helpful from start to finish. She was fast to reply, give extra information, and always maintained a very open and honest line of communication. All my questions were answered with great detail along with examples of different potential future impacts based on the current state of the homes we looked at. The home we ultimately picked is wonderful and Jolene made the whole processes was less intimating than folks told me the home buying process would be.
