Working with Charlie Kasko to sell 20 Casey Manor, in luzerne county was an absolute pleasure. After facing a very massive tax increase on the property, we decided it was time to sell—which brought a lot of unexpected hurdles to navigate. Charlie’s deep background in real estate gives him a huge edge, and he truly understands property value inside and out. From day one, he helped us push through the challenges week by week to get us to closing. Whenever I had a question or didn't understand something, he always answered his phone or got back to me right away. He turned a very stressful tax selling situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and attentive agent who gives you his full attention at all times!"

Corine and I have been friends for 40 some years. Worked at the Acme together in the 80's. She is a great person with a great heart. She is a special agent who goes 110% to get the job done. She called me every few days for months to keep me informed on possible buyers of my house. When she closed on the house we went to the meeting together. She is an agent and person that you can't put a price on. She's just such a good person. God Bless.
