Nikki has a great personality, excellent communication skills and a superior knowledge of the real estate market. She has been a genuine pleasure to work with.

Professionalism was beyond what I thought a realtor would be like. She only had our best interests when it came to the details. We conversed by text and email. She even answered my texts while on vacation. Though I did try not to text her. Documents were by email. We made it more difficult for her as we live out of state. She never said it was an inconvenience. When it came to negotiation, her knowledge of what was necessary to make both parties happy, was comforting. This being the only house we have sold, i would recommend her to anyone. Especially if you live out of state. She was wonderful to work with.

Nikki was our realtor to sell two homes. The second was our home for 40 years, so although we needed to downsize, it was a sensitive experience. She is excellent as a realtor with years of experience. She guided us though the entire process. She gave us advise when we asked but was able to read us and was never aggressive with the any aspect. Nikki was always available with a quick response. The sale was very close to listing price and was completed a lot sooner than we expected which of course is important to a seller and buyer.
